Product Description
WPC is a composite material made of thermoplastics, calcium carbonate and wood flour. Extruded as a core material, it is marketed as being waterproof, rigid and dimensionally stable.

Advantage
WPC is waterproof and can go over most subfloors without much preparation. Traditional vinyl floors are flexible and any unevenness in the subfloor will transfer through the surface. Compared to traditional glue-down LVT or solid-locking LVT, WPC products have a distinct advantage because the rigid core hides subfloor imperfections. In addition, the rigid core allows for longer and wider formats. With WPC, it is not necessary to worry about the preparation. LVT would require for use over cracks and divots in concrete or wooden subfloors.
1.It adds new bamboo powder blending in the raw materials, which makes the flooring more stable than pvc plank flooring.
2.Baseboard density is much more higher than pvc plank flooring and it is up to 1900kgs/cbm, thus it does not need fibreglass inside comparing to pvc flooring.
3.The ability is very good when the wpc flooring reacts heat and cold temperature in different environments. WPC plank will not be bent even though it is under long time sunlight coming from the windows.
4.It waterproofs and mothproofs and the surface hardness and color fastness are all same as pvc plank flooring.
5.WPC plank flooring baseboard fireproofs very well and top surface also fireproofs if with extra fireproofing painting lacquered on top surface.
6.It has advantages of pvc plank flooring while with updated advantages of wpc flooring features.
7.It doesn’t need any foam to lay down first before installation, so the installation method is easy and basically same as pvc plank flooring.
