IMPORTANT INFORMATION! This product is a “Do-It-Yourself” Product .If you chose to have

the product installed by an outside service, such as a contractor, ESTY will NOT be responsible

for any charges for the labor, time, material, and consequential or incidental damages

ESTY Provides a warranty that :

1, Your floor will be free of manufacturing defects

2, Your floor will not wear through for the duration of the wear warranty.(“wear though” means the absence of the printed design due to normal household use)

3, Your floor will not permanently stain and/or discolor from common household stains, moisture, mold and mildew

4, Your floor will not tear ,rip or gauge from normal household use.

5, Your floor will not permanently indent ,under normal household use

Warranty Limitations:

1. This warrantee is not transferable
2. Manufacturing defect must be reported within 3 months from the date of purchase
3. This warranty covers only properly installed and maintained floors, according to the instructions letter
4. ESTY excludes and will not pay for any consequential or incidental damages under this limited warranty
5. ESTY will not pay for the loss of time ,inconvenience or other incidental expenses incurred during the initial installation and the subsequent removal and/or reinstallation of effectuated material.
6. This warranty does not cover the exclusions indicated on the package
7. ESTY reserves the right of final judgment and may refuse claims in certain instances.
8. ESTY reserves the right to modify or withdraw the warranty at any time

Residential wear warranty:

1. ESTY will supply new materials of the same color, design, and grade, if available; if unavailable or discontinued, ESTY reserves the right to select and supply similar ESTY materials. After corrective action is taken on an existing defect, you will continue to receive warranty coverage for the remaining period of your original warranty.
2. One replacement floor only will be made for the wear out, fading and staining .Claimants who received elements may not claim again and no additional replacement floors will be supplied.
3. Alternatively, a refund of up to 100% of original cost of the materials(the percentage of the original cost refundable depends on the amount of time elapsed since the date of purchase: within 15 years-100%; within 17-20 years-70%; within 20-30 years 50%)
4. No representative, employee, or agent of ESTY is authorized to modify or change the limited warranty as stated here in.

How to contact us:

This warranty service is available only by notice to ESTY International Dept. Through the floor-covering dealer from whom the purchase was made. Notification must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt and can only be authorized by ESTY international dept.
